Day by Day Itinerary

DAY 1-2: Arrival and Arusha National Park

Arrive in Arusha and spend your first day acclimatizing. Visit Arusha National Park, ideal for both wildlife photography and night sky observations due to its minimal light pollution. Attend an astrophotography workshop in the evening.

DAY 3-5: Tarangire National Park

Explore Tarangire, known for its large elephant herds and baobab trees. Capture wildlife in golden light and practice astrophotography skills at night. Tarangire’s clear skies are perfect for photographing constellations and the Milky Way.

DAY 6-7: Ngorongoro Crater

Travel to the Ngorongoro Crater, a haven for wildlife and a UNESCO World Heritage site. During the day, focus on wildlife photography, and at night, take advantage of the high elevation for clear astrophotography sessions.

DAY 8-11: Serengeti National Park

Spend four days in the Serengeti, a dream location for photographers. Capture the Great Migration and predators in action. At night, engage in astrophotography workshops and sessions, capturing star trails and the night sky above the endless plains.

DAY 12-13: Lake Natron

DAY 14: Return to Arusha and Departure
