Terms & Conditions for Northern Masailand Safaris

Welcome to Northern Masailand Safaris. We are delighted to have you embark on this incredible journey with us. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, we kindly ask you to take note of the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payments:

• A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• The balance is due 60 days prior to the start of the safari.
• Bookings made within 60 days of departure require full payment at the time of confirmation.

2. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations must be made in writing.
• Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to departure will result in the loss of the deposit.
• For cancellations made within 60 days of travel, charges will be assessed up to the full cost of the safari.

3. Travel Insurance:

• We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Health and Safety:

• It is the responsibility of each traveller to be aware of their health requirements, including vaccinations and fitness to travel.
• We take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety, but participation in safari activities is at your own risk.

5. Changes to Itinerary:

• While we strive to adhere to the planned itinerary, changes may occur due to weather, wildlife movements, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• We reserve the right to modify the itinerary or accommodations if necessary.

6. Liability:

• Northern Masailand Safaris is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense suffered by guests, except where such loss is a direct result of our negligence.

7. Respect for Local Customs and Environment:

• Travelers are expected to respect the local customs, culture, and natural environment.
• Any form of harassment or inappropriate behaviour towards wildlife or local communities is strictly prohibited.

8. Photography:

• While photography is encouraged, please be respectful when photographing people and ask for permission where appropriate.
